Supervise kitchen, cafeteria and/or Atrium Café operations and staff. The Kitchen Supervisor performs a variety of functions related to the supervision of employees as they fulfill their responsibilities to responsibly handle cash and/or ensure safe assembly, distribution and service of food to its customers. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for upholding and enforcing standards and policies as set forth by the hospital and the department.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Food service experience required. ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire required. Ability to read English to read menus/meal tickets, diets and job flows. Ability to speak proficient English. Strong customer service skills and food safety knowledge are required.
